  I walked into this business a few days ago expecting basic professionalism especially from a business that advertises itself as an authorized dealer on the PCGS website, but what I got instead was one of the most rude and dismissive experiences I’ve ever had. They refused to even glance at my coins or answer a simple question unless I was selling them on the spot. Their exact words: “we don’t help people or give information unless you are selling the coins.” What's interesting is that on they're google profile it says that they give appraisals. That’s not just bad customer service it’s outright lazy and unprofessional. What kind of legitimate business refuses to provide even basic information? It honestly felt like they were only interested in people they could immediately profit from and had zero respect for anyone else walking through the door. The attitude was cold, unhelpful, and borderline arrogant. There was no attempt to be courteous or even pretend to care. For a place that’s supposed to deal in collectibles and expertise, they showed none. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Unless you want to be ignored, talked down to, or potentially taken advantage of, don’t waste your time. This is easily one of the worst-run businesses I’ve ever come across. Note: there was only 1 other customer in the store, I had 2 coins and I would have even been willing to pay to get information if they would have asked.

  Mark was great! He educated me on my gold pieces and the procedure of how they evaluated the value. I had a very good experience.
