Coming here and getting fitted and testing out backpacks really was a great experience. I have to say I also had a great experience at the store on westheimer in Houston but they were super crowded and the backpack selection wasn’t as good as the one in tomball. Same size store just that the store in tomball is less crowded and they had all the ba k packs in stock. Definitely coming back here to get my son’s pack. Even though I’m 10 minutes from the Westheimer store and 30 minutes from the tomball store I’m going to tomball.

The prices are awesome with the promos, but at check out- I ask for extra paper bag as my purchase was substantial ($over $30@ in products) —- and I was declined. Wow!! Paper bags, for a first time customer, come on Ms. Marisol. She knew I was a new client because I got my membership for the very first time. . . To me I’m all about my client.. i work customer satisfaction for 20 yrs.. An extra paper bag would not make or break the bank .. left the stores as a first time customer with a bittersweet feeling… Employee experience I want to say… 2 star. Management is free to contact me if you like a couple of pointers on how to train your check out lady. 😕
