They treated me with exceptional customer service when I had an issue with a coupon (that was no fault of their own) and made sure everything was squared away. They were incredibly friendly and able to help me get everything I needed in time for an upcoming trip. The staff here have always been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I always feel that I’m talking to an expert whenever I need help with what I need for a trip or more knowledge about a product.

I used to love this place and their products. Now, I have to sneak in and hide otherwise if someone catches me tries to sell me a membership. How many times and to how many people do I need to say NO? Can I just do my shopping comfortably and leave the store without being harassed??? How about instead of bothering people for the membership they give a better service??? Why they can’t just tell people about the membership benefits at the register only??? Even when I say “not today” for many times they don’t stop wasting my time. I AM LITERALLY SICK OF THIS! I hope I can get someone’s attention and they stop harassing people when they go there for shopping. I am done going there. I will go to WHOLE EARTH PROVINCE INSTEAD. Or I am sure there are other places like this
