Ball got stuck several times, poms kept falling out of the set frame, brand new ball with only ten games rolled on it came back caked with black rubber crap all over the surface. Not just mine but my sons as well. Scuffed and dinged cover stock. Not worth going back after spending hard earned money on a new ball unless you want it to look like it’s 6 years old instead of 2 weeks old. Unless you’re in to the vintage look, then Bowlero is the place to go.
