I paid for unlimited bowling, yet I was only able to complete three games, and I couldn’t even finish the fourth game at all because our lane kept malfunctioning. The lane got stuck more than eight times, and each time we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come fix it. Most of the time, we were just standing around waiting instead of actually bowling. This completely ruined the experience and made the “unlimited bowling” we paid for feel like a total scam. We spent more time waiting than playing. When I finally asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and the fact that I didn’t get what I paid for, the manager, Ronda, refused to refund any portion of my money and only offered a coupon instead. A coupon does not make up for wasted time, repeated disruptions, and money spent on an experience I didn’t actually get. At the very least, a partial refund should have been offered. Poorly maintained lanes, long wait times, and dismissive management made this a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a smooth or fair bowling experience.

The picture on their website shows a well dressed burger, which was a deciding factor to visit. When you get to the location is when you're told NO lettuce, NO tomatoes, NO onions...why is it called a hamburger and not a sandwich?! Why does your website represent a hamburger? It's very old school 80ish place with badly needed upgrades. The specials are ok but really can't compete with the major players, even on the price. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, so no complaints there. The music was also good but it was a very underwhelming experience. I would go back to practice but wouldn't invite company. The liquor should be a little cheaper considering the drab environment of the bar.
