The picture on their website shows a well dressed burger, which was a deciding factor to visit. When you get to the location is when you're told NO lettuce, NO tomatoes, NO onions...why is it called a hamburger and not a sandwich?! Why does your website represent a hamburger? It's very old school 80ish place with badly needed upgrades. The specials are ok but really can't compete with the major players, even on the price. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, so no complaints there. The music was also good but it was a very underwhelming experience. I would go back to practice but wouldn't invite company. The liquor should be a little cheaper considering the drab environment of the bar.

The bowling was solid, definitely a step up from some places we’ve been. Parking was a little tight, but manageable. They had some Groupon deals too, which was a nice bonus. Maybe they could use a few more lanes during peak hours? Overall, a really good time.

- DDDennis DorsettDec 13, 20251.0Dec. 13th at 1:50 pm I was doing some of my leftover league games and had some of the most horrible service I have ever experienced anywhere! I mentioned it to the young oriental girl and she suggested I go to a different bowling alley so I will. This is not the first time I had her, that was supposed to be working in the bar or as service, but she mainly hides and plays on her phone and just talks to the other younger people there that work there. I informed her I usually have a $60-$100 bar tab and I usually tip around $10-$20 but I’ll probably not be going to this location ever again. Just my opinion, but you should get rid of service employees that don’t care about their customers before you go bankrupt. I am also going to be sending this exact same email to corporate.
