The park overall needs significant maintenance, particularly in the older section where the roads are in poor condition. At my site, the outlet was damaged. I reported this issue to the staff, and although someone was sent to address it, the repair was never completed during my stay. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

I'm giving the park 5 stars because check in went smooth, staff were welcoming, the new section I was assigned to was very nice and well maintained; very level, and with paved roads, and the other RVers I met were super friendly. The park is actually very big with different sections that looked like small little neighborhoods on a cute cul-de-sac. I didn't use the pool or laundry but did use the bathhouse. The bathhouse in the newer section is up-to-date (what appears to be the new TT style) and spacious, but I do have to throw in a however. To the staff that are signing off on the cleaning log twice a day, you are not "cleaning" the bathhouse. For the couple weeks that I was there, the same blue cap, 3 black bugs and rolling hairballs were left in the larger shower. Some rolling hairballs were even left outside the shower. Gross....so no, they are not being swept out or mopped. Additionally, the site I was assigned was close to several families with screaming, unsupervised children. Their toys littered their site and other empty grassy areas. So my entire stay with the exception of the day before I left was filled with screaming children playing near my site and riding their bikes, yup, still screaming. My TMobile worked great. Happy and safe travels :)

I had an annual membership for two years at this Thousand Trail location. In September 2024, arriving at my campsite it was noticeable that many things of mine outside and inside of my camper were missing, including a busted lock on my door. Another member near me came and told me that they saw the man in the site next to me taking these things and even reported it to the office. NOT ONCE did the office notify me that this was going on or a report was made to me about this occurrence. NOT EVEN a few months later THE SAME MAN and camper was allowed back into Thousand Trails for this to happen to others. As a single woman this is very scary and unsafe for the community all around. I’m very disappointed in the staff and corporate for providing criminals a chance to reenter this location.
