  I took my Patagonia jacket to this store, which I frequent often, I wanted to have them send the jacket off for repair, the manager lady was called and she said REI does not offer this. I said yes they do, I was told to bring it to this store, she proceeded to tell me I was not informed and I was not correct, 1. She has poor customer service, VERY condescending, basically said I was lying, I even showed where REI uses a service for repair, she looked at me and said, have a good day. When will customer service especially from this company actually treat people right?? VERYYYYY disappointed in this manager whom did NOT address anything. I will be sending email to corporate as well. And I will not be shopping at this REI again.

  This store always provides great service. And the one time there we had a complication, we were instantly taken care of and our issues were resolved by Peightun, the manager. She ensured that the mistake was accredited for and we left with everything we need. Anytime we have questions, their quick attentiveness to help answer but not overselling makes shopping with this store way more of a pleasure for us. I think one of the most knowledgeable and friendly employees we've had the privilage of interacting with on several occasions was Anna. She's always has a bright energy and is very well versed all the products at REI and is amazing at explaining everything and being patient! Thank you for everyone involved with our amazing experience!

  フレンドリーな店員さんでした。 アウトドア商品を買うなら、この店は外せません。 特に観光でヒューストンに来ても、ジョンソン宇宙センター近くなので、観光とセットで行くのがオススメです。 テキサスのTシャツもオススメです。
