  This store always provides great service. And the one time there we had a complication, we were instantly taken care of and our issues were resolved by Peightun, the manager. She ensured that the mistake was accredited for and we left with everything we need. Anytime we have questions, their quick attentiveness to help answer but not overselling makes shopping with this store way more of a pleasure for us. I think one of the most knowledgeable and friendly employees we've had the privilage of interacting with on several occasions was Anna. She's always has a bright energy and is very well versed all the products at REI and is amazing at explaining everything and being patient! Thank you for everyone involved with our amazing experience!

  フレンドリーな店員さんでした。 アウトドア商品を買うなら、この店は外せません。 特に観光でヒューストンに来ても、ジョンソン宇宙センター近くなので、観光とセットで行くのがオススメです。 テキサスのTシャツもオススメです。
