Where do I start Ive only been here 5 months and when I moved in I was told that I get money off my rent the 4 month, 7 month & 12 month, well I never got it off on the 4 month I emailed the office and mentioned it and all I got back was I’ll look into!!! That was Tuesday March 3rd I’m still waiting to hear something!!! Cause it was a new thing they were offering if you moved in before December 2025
The rent is way too high , when we don’t have anything ,No pool, no game room, and I’m not sure if there’s others in the park but I’m on a fixed income and it’s hard cause after paying my rent/electric $825 plus electric $905 I’m basically broke I don’t know if there’s something wrong with my meter but electric was $40 $80 $100
And then we have to buy Propane to cook and have hot water $50 every 2 to 3 months depending on usage, and then pay to do laundry $2.00/2.50 a load dryer the same 2.00
Mentioned several times that my water hook up is dripping out side I even sent videos to them and I get back is it coming from your RV, NO it’s not!!! I sent videos showing it’s coming from the water hook up out side!!! They are not on top of things that have to fixed when needed to be!!! So I gave up on telling them about the water hook up dripping water out side!!!!
Long term resident of Lakeview. I encourage anyone thinking about staying here to come drive thru any time day, night, weekend. Most residents are working folk or retired. Other than city noise (to be expected) and industry around it during the weekdays, quiet time is just that. Come see for yourself.
Pros- Location. Centrally located to everything with 820, 287, and I20, and the #9 bus is the next street over.
Construction for FTW was something to endure outside the gate but we ended up with a nice new sidewalk that will take you a few miles and still being extended.
The spaces are large and you can actually enjoy your yard.
Pets are welcome. You can have a pet fence. A new, large space is being designated for a dog park.
Laundry room has plenty of brand new cashless machines you can use with a very easy app. Really nice!
With permission, you can enjoy an outdoor shed for extra storage.
Water and trash are included. Trash pickup is Tues.
Free wifi.
It's a nice place to full time RV and enjoy access to all of DFW outside the gate.
The new manager is really involved in upgrading the park for even more convenience for the residents.
Cons- don't really have any. Been here for a little over a decade working to retire and no hiccups. Only needed maintenance once and that was an electric meter issue they resolved the same day and it was the electric company not Lakeview.
Wish list- an ice vending machine.
Come see for yourself. It's an oasis in the midst of a bustling Metroplex and there is quality of life here for full time RVers and those just passing through to stay a while.
A side note, the lake area isn't Lakeview property. It needs some attention and resources have been contacted about it. The lake is nice though.
Come and tour Lakeview. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Place has NOTHING to offer constant construction noise management very unprofessional and rude they drop your bills off then go rummage through your stuff outside and she thinks we need to be friends for her to do her job keeps raising rent with nothing new to offer only amenity here is a laundromat that they keep bathroom locked and lost key over half the machines don't work or over charge because of setting of cycle of machine offers to pay people to do her job let's see no maintenance because they fired the ONLY constant person that ran this place when NO ONE WOULD!!!!! Constant service disruption whether it be water or electric and they don't tell you anything about it give notice on anything or updates on when services come back. I don't recommend this place at all. I would definitely find someone else's pocket to line because here your just getting robbed for nothing in return!!!! For rv life this place is not it!!!!

It's a nice place to live. It's just the look of more than 3-4 vehicles to one place. As well as the constant grinding and building of the mobile home construction site next door. It's open hours so yes it's constant. Other than that it's home feeling. Just left two months ago. November-April.
This is my second stay at this RV park and there's a reason why I have come back. firstly it's the husband-and-wife managers that are in charge of the park. You check in and you don't feel like you are doing a business transaction with a business person you feel like you're doing a business transaction with family. The managers are super sweet I'm very accommodating. The park is very well maintained and there are concrete pads for your outdoor furniture or whatever you decide to put in that pad. There is parking for two vehicles each pad and that is real nice. Location is near to an interstate and it's very easy to get to shopping and food and items you might need for your stay at the park. I feel like I'm at home and I feel like the security of the lot the security of my fifth wheel in my vehicle are very well taken care of. The spots are few and far to come by. I would suggest reserving at least 3 or 4 weeks in advance. I have stayed at many RV parks in my travels and this particular Park I feel the most at home at.
