- HCHether CrippsOct 22, 20251.0Place has NOTHING to offer constant construction noise management very unprofessional and rude they drop your bills off then go rummage through your stuff outside and she thinks we need to be friends for her to do her job keeps raising rent with nothing new to offer only amenity here is a laundromat that they keep bathroom locked and lost key over half the machines don't work or over charge because of setting of cycle of machine offers to pay people to do her job let's see no maintenance because they fired the ONLY constant person that ran this place when NO ONE WOULD!!!!! Constant service disruption whether it be water or electric and they don't tell you anything about it give notice on anything or updates on when services come back. I don't recommend this place at all. I would definitely find someone else's pocket to line because here your just getting robbed for nothing in return!!!! For rv life this place is not it!!!!

Came to pick up a friend who lives there, and the "steve" guy riding around on his golf cart threatened to call the police on me saying "I want allowed there". What a horrible way to treat guests of residents. Wouldnt rent here if it was the LAST RV PARK in America.

The park is near the freeway but goes back deep enough to get away from the road noise if it bothers you. They really only like long term campers so the crowd is older and no kids unless they are visiting. The wifi isn't worth much but that's normal for public wifi. It isn't free and you shouldn't purchase it if you need speed. Emailing and light internet works fine. If your looking for a few months stay or longer term, this place is nice enough that I would recommend it and I will be staying there again.
