I went to this Trek store, prepared to shell out some money for a new helmet. Peter asked us if we needed any help and we explained the situation. Peter told me that he teaches beginning mountain biking lessons and had a a spare helmet that he could loan me for the afternoon! That was an incredible act of kindness and selflessness that should make any business owner proud!

Good thing I rode some of Corinth Trail; had a mechanical issue in Loop 2E at NorthShore. My damn peddle came off the spindle and wouldn't go back on and stay on. Not even sure how the hell that happened. I know I didn't hit anything. Guess just torque broke it off. Had to make my way to the road and try and keep the peddle on the spindle over to Trek. They were nice enough to hook me up with some Crank Bros off a Demo Bike, install them, and get me back on the road for FREE. I did manage to finish with a Total 55.25mi today for my Torcher Tuesday Grind Much Appreciated Guys!!! \\,/IQED

Aaron mounted it on the counter bike mount and gauged the chain, checked the rear cassette, and check shifting and brake lever range. He provided a well explained quote and took care of all necessary part replacement and maintenance. Bike was ready when promised. My bike operates and rides better than when purchased new. They have a great floor staff and their technicians are thorough and take pride in their work. By the way, they service all brands!
