  This place is amazing. We were near Dayton, Tx and found this place. They had full hook ups and we felt very safe. The property was very clean and I would recommend the place just for the amenities they have.

  Just wrapped up an amazing stay at this RV park and had to share! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The park is well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of space between sites. Hookups were easy and reliable. Great laundry facilities, and peaceful surroundings. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming owners Kelly & Meadows.They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and truly made us feel at home. Bonus they feed you some weekends! Kelly & Meadow have several projects in the works that are sure to make your stay even better! Whether you’re just passing through or planning a longer stay, this is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend!

  Very quiet and clean park with a nice little pond to sit by. The owner is working hard and will soon have to store open. Will definitely stay again when we come thru the area.

  Our family truly feels grateful for the time we spent here. From the very first conversation, Kelley made us feel welcomed and cared for. He was patient, kind, and incredibly accommodating, answering every question we had and making sure we were comfortable from start to finish. After spending time traveling and overnighting in parking lots, having full hook-ups felt like such a blessing for our family. Reliable water, electric, and sewer access allowed us to finally rest. Being able to shower, wash dishes and clothes, and not worry about finding dump stations brought so much peace during our stay. What made this stay especially memorable was the peaceful atmosphere. Waking up each morning to the sounds of blue jays, killdeer, and the surrounding wildlife felt refreshing. It became one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. Thank you, Kelley, for your kindness and hospitality. Places like this, and people like you, truly make life on the road easier and more meaningful. We will absolutely be back whenever we’re in the area. 🙏🏽
