  Took my son’s bike here because the chain had come loose and I didn’t know how to fix it nor had the correct tools. Mike was so friendly and helpful. He fixed it efficiently while we waited and even helped me adjust the seat to the correct height. Appreciate it. Highly recommend this bike shop! Thx again.

  Trek bicycles are very reliable bicycles. Staff at the Cypress Trek Store are very knowledgeable and friendly and have always helped with mine and my kids bicycle needs. Defintely recommend Trek bikes and Cypress location to anyone.

  The staff is great! Courteous and knowledgeable, they work hard for your business and loyalty, unlike Power On who is overpriced! I dont even have a trek, I have an Aventon ebike. The work that needed to be done on the brakes, Power On wanted to charge $75 with a 10 + day delay to pick up the bike unless you wanted "expedite service" for an additional $100 bucks! I had the same work done at Trek for $40 and picked up the bike the next day! I don't know about you, but I'll never use Power On again! I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and they just lost me! Trek has a customer for good! Your call!

  Customer service is always A+ at the Cypress store Josh and Curt are very knowledgeable of any questions I may have. Thanks for my new Hobby my wife and I now have!!!👍🏽

  Brought my bike in for shifting issues. Staff did a thorough job inspecting bike. My some suggestions and corrections. Has worked fine since.
