  I went twice this week and was impressed with the ease, speed, and friendliness of the service. And the cost. The second time I was in after mucking my front brakes up and Josh quickly put it all back together, even prompting me to check for a washer that I had not realized I had dropped on the way in. It took him a few minutes which is several times faster than I would have been but he also did it free of charge! Shout out to Mike too who i spoke with on the phone before bringing the bike in. I am sure he woukd have done the same. Thanks to you both!

  The Domane SL5 Gen 4 sale was incredible, loved getting it for $2900. The service Curt provided was awesome, helped me get set up on the bike and practice using clipless pedals on an indoor trainer.

  I hope my buddy Curt gets recognized from my review. I've known him only from biking and being a customer for over 25 years. Wherever he is he always takes care of my biking needs. After turning 60 and slowing down a little I was kinda losing interest in getting on ole girl but I had a plan and went to Curt upgrading to a new Roscoe and new gear and parts for my bike rack and my man Curt with all his help and guidance put me back in the saddle again! He's an awesome asset to Trek and I won't buy from anyone else! Thank you brother!

  Today I walk into Trek store. Cam and Mike assist with my son on his electric bike. They are experts in bicycle. They are reasonable in pricing and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your assistance and making my son you made his day. I love this bike will come back soon.
