  Every single week I come here for league and every single week they are out of almost everything. We do not just miss one item, we go down the entire menu and get told no over and over. This is not occasional, this is constant. Everyone in the league is fed up with it. The manager is clearly doing a terrible job managing inventory. If you cannot keep food and drinks in stock, stop putting them on the menu. This is ridiculous.

  THIS PLACE ROCKS MY SOCKS LMAO!! I love the unlimited bowling they offer from around 8-9pm til close for around $23(with shoes included)PER PERSON ITS UNLIMITED BOWLING!! Amanda the manager who was working went above and beyond to make sure everything and everyone was having a great time and enjoying their experience! People need to take a page from her on what Customer Service should be like!!! Thank you! I will definitely be back! 👍🏻👍🏻

  We recently visited Lucky Strike in The Woodlands with our family and kids, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was lively, modern, and full of energy, which made it perfect for a family night out. From the moment we walked in, the place felt vibrant and exciting. The lighting, music, and overall setup created a fun environment that both adults and children could appreciate. The bowling lanes were in good condition, and everything seemed organized and well maintained. Our kids were especially excited to play, and it was great seeing them laugh and have such a good time. We ended up spending several hours there without even realizing how fast time passed. It’s definitely more than just a typical bowling alley — it feels like a complete entertainment spot where families can create great memories together. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the customer service. Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly and came across as rude at times. A more welcoming and positive attitude would have made the experience perfect. Good service really makes a big difference. Overall, we still had lots of fun and would likely visit again.
