The employee told me it would take about four days to fix the spokes since a tech was out, which I completely understood. He then put my bike on the stand to start working on the brakes. I mentioned that I was in a bit of a rush and asked if I could come back later. At that point, he took my bike down and told me to take it and leave since I was “in a rush.” I explained that I really needed my brakes done today, and he said it would have only taken 15 minutes — but repeated that since I was “in a rush,” I should “get going and leave.” I told him I was happy to wait, but he refused to work on my bike and told me to take it to Aggieland Cycling if I needed it done. I left shocked and disappointed. He refused service entirely and made me leave with my bike. I cannot imagine what it would be like to work alongside, be friends with, or be related to someone who treats customers this way.

I received the same helpfulness and knowledge when visiting the store to make my purchase. My son also loves his bike, especially the decals he was able to "customize" it with!
