Our friendly staff is dedicated to helping you fully enjoy this Dallas RV campground's facilities, amenities and activities. You can choose to sit along our shores and soak up a sunset or spend time participating with others in fun-filled events. We are certain your family will take home enough pleasant RV vacation memories to lure you back to Bay Landing RV camping time and again. Service is limited during winter months. Full campground amenities March through October.

- JGJaxon GregoryNov 14, 20251.0I came here to live for work very nice sounding people friendly faces but they just want money, make sure you read all of thier paper work very well before you sign anything I’m stuck paying for a membership until 2027 I made it very clear I wanted the shortest term possible and when you try to call them to cancel it they will transfer you 20 times and you will eventually make it to an automated message telling you can sign up to be on a call back list they are not going to call you back. All the public utilities barely work(crack in the shower floors,temperature adjustment did not work in some of them, and the washers and dryers do not work sometimes) the lawncare services won’t weedeat either it was a very unflattering experience overall. Make sure if you are living there you don’t go from 30amp to 50amp because you will not be able to switch spots. A certain amount of electricity was included in our lease but we ended up going over that amount every month somehow(we could only run one ac unit because they wouldn’t let us switch spots) and we’re still being billed for electricity after we left and took our camper for some reason. Tank emptying services also didn’t empty tanks all the way I’m not sure if that’s procedure but on average they only drained half. Good place to vacation but I do not recommend living there.
