  Great experience here over the holidays! They were absolutely swamped with bikes to assemble and tune, but still managed to squeeze in my son’s bike for a tune-up. When I came to pick it up, they even gave me a better rate because it turned out the bike didn’t need the full service. Truly trustworthy, reliable, efficient, and super nice on top of it all. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I won’t be attempting to assemble a bike myself again… I’ll be leaving it to these guys!

  Asked for tubes for a 29 inch wheel. They gave me two boxes. I didn't even check to make sure they were the right thing. Get home, which is an hour away, and I'm struggling to get the tubes in so I double check and it turns out they're for 26 inch wheels. Ya try to support your local lbs...

  Over the past four months, I’ve been a regular customer at this store. During this time, I’ve purchased two bikes, several accessories, clothing, and even brought my best friend, who also ended up buying a bike. Unfortunately, both he and I have had consistently bad experiences with the staff. Most of the employees simply don’t help. It feels like they don’t want to work. When I bought my second bike, I also ordered an aero bar, and I was told that as soon as it arrived, they would install it for me. I’ve gone back twice already, and both times they refused to do it. Today, Thursday December 11, I arrived right at 10 a.m., being the first customer to walk in. None of the employees were busy, yet the only response I got was that “they didn’t have time today.” The service from Dino and the gentleman in the repair area was disappointing—they gave me attitude and refused to help, even though the store was completely empty. This is simply unacceptable. I will say there are two excellent employees: Tristan and Logan. They’re always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. Unfortunately, in my last visits they haven’t been there, and when they’re not, the service is terrible. This didn’t happen only to me—my best friend had the same poor experience as well. After spending so much money at this store, it’s frustrating to receive such unprofessional treatment.
