My most recent experience I brought a Kona Jake CX in to be fully refurbished. The technician was so thorough in their inspection and assessment of work to be done, explained their recommendations, and made sure I chose parts that were inline with my needs. The cost was not cheap but the service and work was excellent. The bike looks and rides like it is almost new now.

I didn’t get any quotes nor promises to repair my bike and no recommendations either. So took my bicycle out and not coming back to this business.
