They took the time to understand what we were looking for and how we ride and offered great options and customized solutions to fit what we were looking for. They didn’t rush or pressure us, but spent a lot of time helping us find exactly what we needed. Even when we ran up to closing time they got the bike ready with all of the customized items I really appreciated that we didn’t need to come back later. We really enjoyed working with Janelle she was great.
