- SSSteven SlomaMar 6, 20265.0They resolved an immediate problem so I could do a ride; after the ride they checked my bike and charging equipment along with noting my tires had some unsafe gouges in the sidewalls. They recommended and installed new thorn resistant tires in a slightly higher width for a better ride. They updated the bike’s software to the latest version which is impressive considering I had forgotten to request it.

The entire team here was helpful in answering questions and making sure I got the right bike and tire combo for what I wanted. Absolutely no pressure in sales and when you're spending $2k on a bicycle you want to feel like you're not being pressured to buy but being helped to purchase the right bike for you. Can't recommend the team here enough! Post purchase I came back in to get some adjustments and advice and the team was more than willing to take time to help adjust seat height and hood angle to get the right comfort fit. I was cross shopping a Canyon brand bike but you just can't put a price on having a brick and mortar to turn to for post purchase support and service. Highly recommend this store and Trek!
