I saw some other bad reviews on here about her too after my experience and see that this must be a pattern for her. Really sad to see. REI just lost another customer.

The way she spoke to me and her own employees was not very nice at all. I could tell that the younger employees were scared to even talk with her. Really bad service here. Lauren needs an attitude adjustment.

A shame because REI is such an amazing business. Called an REI store nearby and the manager there helped me so much and was so friendly. Take your business and your money elsewhere!
