With the Golftec approach you incrementally work to improve your swing to build a better game. Grant's coaching is insightful and he gives excellent cues to help you focus on the right way to make changes. Scheduling practice sessions after lessons help you burn in the improvements

I literally did not have a clue how to hit a golf ball correctly. I hit my longest drive ever the other day at 297 yards. Not bad for a 69 year old! Now I play regularly and when we finish 18, I usually tell my foursome that I've only been playing for a few months, how old I am, and they are blown away. I tell them everything I learned about how to play golf I learned at Golftec. No BS. If you want to learn to play and be able to see your swing on camera from multiple angles and see how you compare side by side with the pros, Golftec is the way to do it. Derek at the North Austin location is my coach and I cant say enough great things about how he has coached me to where my game is today. Everyone there is friendly and helpful Thanks Derek and thanks to Golftec!

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing.
