After listening to our needs/desires, Eddie introduced me to a totally different bike that I had not even considered. He let me test ride both and spent lots of time discussing the different benefits of both bikes. HE WAS SO RIGHT, I'm glad I listed to him! Eddie spent hours with us showing us the bikes, talking about safety & maintenance, helping us purchase gear, riding tips, group rides, etc. His depth of knowledge was amazing and we feel blessed to have been able to work with him. We both absolutely LOVE our new bikes!

I E-MBT most weekends and this put a lot of stress on my bike. Justin had not only taken great care of my bike, but help educate me on so much, including how to properly lube my chain - I watched way to many YouTube Videos and got a lot of bad information. Having someone who can look at my bike with me and do the show and tell is worth so much to ensure a fun and safe ride. Thanks TREK of South Arlington!
