  Was there celebrating a friend’s birthday. Food was fine. Service was fine. The only thing that was disappointing and the reason why I left is because I went to the bar and ordered a cocktail. No biggie. I go back to the bar and ordered the exact same cocktail which was made by a different person and I was charged a different price. The quickest way to piss me off is to have bartenders steal from me. The amount is minimal and I don’t care about that but it is the principle of the matter. Which means they do it all the time so they are stealing from the patrons that go there and that’s not right.

  Cool vibe. Misleading practice. Given I didn’t check myself prior. But they went directly to tip portion then turned the iPad, I thought gratitude wasn’t already included since asking me to tip. So I tipped essentially 37%. I even commented that the default tip amount 7% was weird. She said nothing! Shady.

  This place was nice! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Mario was very attentive and when we told him we didn't see the right size bowling ball, he returned later with 2! Way to go Bowlero. We live 3 hours away and will be back!

  horrible for anyone that cares for bowling the lanes are bone dry and not taken care of at all this should not be under a bowling alley name more of an arcade

  We had a fun time bowling and letting my kids do their thing in the arcade for a bit. Problem started when I went to cash out my bar tab. While we waited to bowl, my husband and I ordered some drinks at the bar. We later went to the pool table that was by the bar to play with our kids. We always tip well as I was a bartender myself but I noticed on our tab an 18% “service charge” AT THE BAR!!! So I asked the waitress about it and she said it was NOT part of their tip but that every tab has it. LATER when we moved to our lane, we asked our waiter there about this fee and he said, “oh that’s just the tip for us. It is on all the checks but I can remove it if you want. It’s not mandatory.” Super nice and honest and said that was their tip. Bartender was lying just as I suspected. He got an ADDITIONAL tip on top of his 18% service charge for his honesty. Bartender is a crook!
