  We got the multi-park pass thinking it was a great deal. The lady who issued said we need to show our receipt at one of the parks who was having an issue-no big deal. So we get to SpeedZone and try to go to the entrance to show our receipt. The attendant said we did not need to do that unless the card did not work to go ahead and head to the track. Ok. Great! Wait in line for approx 45 min, which is to be expected, but then our turn comes to get on the track and the card doesn't work. The attendant sent us to the office. Now, to be fair when who I assume was the manager came to replace our cards, he was very nice and helpful and the reason I gave 2 stars. But the interactions we have with the other two employees warranted a neg review. And waiting 45 min to be denied the ride we paid for AFTER trying to make sure it was all good beforehand like the original lady said to was ridiculous. We couldntvride at all because we had reservations and couldn't wait another 45 minutes or more

  What a great find! This was a fun family friendly day with no lines. We loved Andrew's positive attitude and helpful nature!

  What a horrible experience. The cashier was rude when we asked about different race options and when we only wanted to do one race she acted put out because she didn't upsell us a 3 pack for an additional $50. Not to mention they required us to get 4 cards to race at $3 each that we could use at an arcade at a different location which we didn't want, so a way to keep $12 of our money. When I asked to put all 4 races on one card, she said we had to have 4 cards. There are too many other options for racing. Do NOT go here.
