Lilly assisted us in finding a new pair of hiking shoes and we had a great experience! I have two different size feet so it was a bit of a journey trying to find the right shoes that would fit comfortably, not slide, and be comfortable to wear as soon as possible. Thank you, Lilly for all your help!

Compare to year 2023, the Smartwool all season women Tshirt went up from $60 to $80, and REI Activator pant went up from $70 to $100, that are 30 % and 40% inflation in two years, How crazy!!! How could Americans stand for that?

She took the time to explain sizing and differences in the packs without ever pushing a sale. She gave recommendations on different hikes in the area. Mo was amazing. She truly deserves a raise in pay for her customer care and expertise.

Went to check out, tried to sell me a $30 dollar membership. I declined. Then won’t give me a bag for my shoe box. How much do you have to drop to get a freaking bag? I reuse my bags. Never going back to any REI. Very rude and unhelpful. I rate my experience with zero stars!
- MSMatt SetliffSep 14, 20251.0Worst REI I've ever been into. First, they have a terrible selection. Also, I went in with my wife and two small dogs inside a stroller. Hateful girl comes over and tells me I can't have dogs in the store. They're an outsiders store for Pete's sake! I've had them in other REI's with no problem. I asked for the manager and she told me she's the manager despite looking like she's 17. That was a complete lie. She claimed there was a sign on the door. Another lie. No sign. Makes me wish I wasn't an REI member. Save your money and go to the NOC in Gatlinburg, instead. Better prices there, better selection, and far friendlier. They even offered water for my pups.
