Natalia was very pleasant and welcoming. She did a great of job checking out my bike and recommending the basic service - no upselling or pressure to buy, just good information. Communications with the shop were quick and accurate, and my bike was ready for pickup by 5pm the next day. The ride is now much better than it was before service. All in all, a great experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing a new bike, service, or gear!
