  Great bike shop selling wonderful products! I bought a Pedego Element V2 back in early July and I’ve had a blast! I’ve logged over 230 miles so far.   What a great company. Novice rider here & they were so informative. Bought a trike & the purchase experience was superior. When they delivered, they went over info & tips again with me. Thrilled with my trike & appreciate such nice guys to deal with.

  Daniel took the time to explain every detail and answer my questions about Pedego bikes. I was very impressed with this new store and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eBike in Knoxville. We love our Pedego Element. Daniel is friendly, helpful and patience with us. They had fixed my bikes for upgrade. Great service.

  When I decided to consider purchasing an Electric Bike, I really did my homework. Did a lot of research online on the Pedigo bikes and as an added surprise, I learned that Pedigo just opened a new store in Knoxville. I wasted no time to personally visit the store and was absolutely amazed how beautiful it was inside, great location and the wide range of different Electric bikes that were available. I chose the Pedigo Element after a fun test ride which was very smooth. The control panel gives you the basics without being "over techy". The head and tail lights are bright and well appointed. The 6 ride assist give you a nice range between effort and ease, and the responsive throttle is a blast when you don't want to do any work at all. I loved this bike so well that I bought it on the spot and when I got it home, I went back the same day and purchased a second one for my wife. Owners Danny and Jessica were such a pleasant to work with and demonstrated the utmost customer service imaginable. They were courteous, respectful, kind, professional and took the time to answer any questions I had about the bikes. Great selection of accessories. If you are looking for an Electric Bike that is casual, stylish and comfy, look no farther. I would highly recommend you make Pedigo Bikes a must stop and relish over the many models of these beautiful bikes they have to offer. Lastly, not only do they sell E-Bikes, they service them as well and that in itself was a game changer for me to buy at Pedigo.
