They not only take care of me whenever I have an issue, but they righted a wrong that happened when I purchased the bike a few years back. The selection they have rivals any place I've visited, and with a crew of only three, you're going to be dealing with the same people every time which for me really personalizes the experience. They also partner with some local charities, events, and clubs so that you can get connected locally if you're new to the biking scene.
