    Owning a Pedego is a must! The store features an exceptional customer experience, the very best e-bikes on the market, and a wide range of products suited for your needs. When I walked up the shop owner immediately began showing me exactly how to use the settings on a bike that was fit and selected perfectly for me (a 26in City Commuter, they’re currently on sale too!) I was operating it in no time, and I couldn’t believe how much fun it was to ride! I left my other e-bike there and rode my new Pedego 30 miles home, mostly through trails and on the road, too. Handles great for both! I couldn’t believe the amount of instant fun I was having. Very comfortable ride! The range and speed of my new City Commuter are far more than you’d expect from an e-bike while still feeling luxurious and comfortable compared to others. If quality, aesthetic, performance, and/or warranties are important to you, this is the only place to go. Thank you, Pedego Germantown!

    Do not bring your pedego here for repairs, they will steal your bike. I bought mine second hand, took it in for repairs based on the reviews of pedego service, and they will not return the bicycle. They say in the past it was stolen, however they haven’t returned it to the original owner, or to me, and the place is not a pawn shop. Shortly after bringing in my bike, I worked a trade show where pedego had a booth too. Each of the three workers told me a different story on my bike during the trade show, as they brought around flashy new bikes showing them off. I thought “is this real life?” Terrible business. Do not go here.
