  Haven’t gotten to fully experience the bikes yet but the team was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. I spoke with Maggie 2 or 3 times over the phone. She just so happened to be the person that I ran into when I came in store. I could tell that she really cared about our riding experience moving forward and that meant a lot.

  I am a new cyclist and the staff at Trek was so understanding and patient answering every question I had and helping me set up my new bike. They truly went above and beyond with their service, I highly recommend giving Trek Franklin a visit!

  The people here are great! Very friendly and informative. The place itself has a variety of bikes to look at, so definitely recommend stopping by if you want a bike!

  Maggie at the trek store in Franklin was an excellent help with showing me how to put the clips on my new bike shoes and insuring I knew how to do it. Her knowledge on products and small talk was very insightful. Thank you for all your help Maggie!
