Not only are the workouts incredibly fun but I am seeing massive changes in my body since I started attending weekly classes (this is after years of lifting on my own)! The community & staff are so supportive and really push you to challenge yourself! I love that people actually get to know each other and build relationships here! I actually miss it when I have to take a rest day! Do yourself a favor and just try it! You won’t regret it!

I asked to cancel because I no longer live around and they told me I just have to turn in a cancellation sheet and I gladly agreed. Less than 24 hours later I received a text message telling me to pay or else they will go to tax collections. So many other places to try in Franklin! Avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed.

The workouts are exciting, fun and will leave you sore in all the best ways! All of the trainers are amazing at motivating you and making you work hard. I will say Nick, Nate, Kate and Anthony are some of my favorites!! Check it out because 5 stars is not enough for this place!
