We’re conveniently located just north of the CoolSprings Galleria, where we’re proud to serve the Greater Nashville area. We’re also lucky to be located near some awesome places to ride, like the Natchez Trace Parkway, Percy Warner Park, and Wilkins Branch Mountain Bike Park.

- SSscott spiresNov 16, 20255.0Maggie is awesome I visited once before I came back to make my purchase she was aware that I was not going to purchase on my first visit but she took time out of her busy schedule to educate me on trek I came back the second time for my purchase I am a truck driver and was in a rush so she helped me get the right bike for me and the accessories needed for my usage and was very patient and helpful both visits I am actually more pleased with her professionalism than my bike will definitely be making trips to Tennessee for service and parts in the future

We also bought a Burley Dash child seat for the Townie rear rack which works great for our younger son who is close to learning how to ride. If you have small children who are a ways from learning how to ride, the Burley Bee double bike trailer is a perfect choice. Finally the Kuat bicycle rack that attaches to our hitch is great!! We’re first time bicycle buyers as a family. She guided us through the selection process and allowed us to test as many as we wished. When we returned to pick up our bicycles and equipment it felt like Christmas as she had everything ready, displayed and waiting with bows 😀. Highly recommend this bike shop!!

I was assured that the bike was available and that they would hold it. When I arrived, turns out the bicycle was in the repair shop needing some work on the brakes and was not available for sale. While the salesperson apologized, that really does not make up for the 84 miles and hour and a half I spent AFTER I called. I will not go back and get the bike. I'll likely go to my NON TREK bike shop where I live and buy something else. Extremely disappointed in this level of customer service.
