I was trying to get more information about the rewards card and a coupon I received in the mail, but the conversation was cut short when I attempted to make a purchase for mailing. The item I wanted wasn’t available in the store, and only two registers were open. It seemed like another employee was providing excellent service, but unfortunately, mine was not as helpful.

- EMEduardo MartinezJan 10, 20261.0Douglas was very very rude, Im not from this area and don’t have an REI local to me so I was simply not interested in the memebership, Douglas made it very apparent that he was upset, huffin and puffin threw my recipt on top of my jacket and slid it over to me, I said to him “hey man you dont have to be rude about it” he says to me “okay” and then rolls his eyes, I understand the store has quotas and number to hit but this is not acceptable.
