They said we could exchange them due to manufacturing defect. When we got there we were denied the exchange. This has ruined my confidence in REI products and service.

Three employees walked right past me without asking if I needed help. One of those employees asked the woman right next to me if she needed anything and didn’t ask me. It certainly seemed like they were catering to a particular customer, who doesn’t look like me. Maybe if I was blonde and blue-eyed I would’ve gotten the service I expected. I do not recommend.
