  I wanted to commend Roland Ruivivar for being an excellent teacher. He has a very calm yet supportive attitude and is able to help you visualize the changes needed to improve your swing. I have only taken four lessons but can see a huge improvement!

  I've been going to GOLFTEC for about two years now & it's made a real difference in my game. I walked in shooting around 110 most rounds, and I should be in the 80's this season. The coaches I've worked with, Liam in Texas now and Will in Brentwood, are both pros in the best way. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they actually care whether you're getting better. Good feedback, clear fixes, and they remember what we've been working on from session to session. The club fittings have been worth it too. They've dialed in some equipment changes that actually helped—better contact, more consistent ball flight - no pressure to buy from them either.

  I didn’t intend to leave a review, but weeks after my second club fitting here, it’s clear I wasted my money. I can’t comment on their lessons, but their club fittings are fundamentally flawed. I’m a 14 handicapper and realistic about my abilities. Even so, this “fitting” consisted of hitting three new drivers—and nothing more. Both sessions were scheduled for an hour, yet I only hit balls for roughly 40 minutes each time. No breaks were suggested, no adjustments were made, and there was no attempt to gather meaningful data beyond the bare minimum. Most concerning is that no different shafts were tested at all during my driver fitting. I’m 6’5”, 29, and in good physical condition. Shaft selection is one of the most critical variables in a driver fitting, and it was completely ignored. I honestly don’t know how a service can be marketed as a fitting while skipping such a basic step. This did not resemble a professional fitting in any meaningful way. It felt like either a lack of competence or a deliberate effort to rush the process. Either explanation leads to the same conclusion: it was not worth the cost. I won’t be returning and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Additionally, it’s Christmas Day, maybe I’m thinking about this because I wanted my new custom driver, but never ordered one because the fitting I paid for was worthless and discouraged me from buying.

  I started taking lessons with Roland in Cool Springs, and then moved to Brentwood once it opened. The Brentwood facility is top-notch, and I can't say enough good things about Roland. When I came to him I was hitting my 7 iron 120 yards, and slicing. Now I hit that club with a nice baby draw, 175. I never would've gotten there without Roland and Golftec.
