  We came to Bowlero to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Everyone in our party is well over 30 years old. I arrived a few minutes after the rest of my group. My husband went to the bar to order me a drink and was immediately told he could not be served. When I went to the bar myself—with a valid driver’s license—I was told I also could not be served because the bartender claimed everyone in our party was intoxicated and that if I was “affiliated” with them, I would be refused alcohol. This claim was completely false. I am a seasoned bartender with 14 years of experience, and no one in our group was under the influence. I had been inside the establishment for less than 15 minutes when this judgment was made. In what world is it appropriate to refuse service to a paying customer based on baseless assumptions rather than actual behavior? I am literally sitting inside the restaurant as I write this review. The bartender was rude, unprofessional, and accusatory, making false statements about our entire party instead of handling the situation respectfully. I have been coming to this Bowlero location for years, but I will never return after this experience. I want to be clear: our server, Bo, was absolutely fantastic. He genuinely tried to de-escalate the situation and advocate for us, but his efforts were ignored. We were told a manager would come speak with us. Instead, management came out, sat nearby, and stared at us without addressing anything. In today’s struggling economy, it’s incredibly disappointing to see a business treat paying customers with such hostility, lack of empathy, and refusal to problem-solve. I came prepared to spend my hard-earned money and was met with ugliness and indifference. After speaking directly with the manager, Todd, nothing was resolved. I am grateful he took the time to speak with me, but simply sugar-coated the situation. He stated there was “nothing he could do,” which is unacceptable leadership in a customer-facing role. Especially when I was not in the wrong and was not privy to any situations that transpired prior to my arrival. This is, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location.   My experience with Bowlero was all 5 star! The staff Michael and Haven were very attentive and friendly. When I did run into an issue the manager Christian assisted and was very professional with assisting me. I do suggest this location & will return. P.S. the Bartender Miguel is the best service with a smile!

  Fast service...good food... good dranks... we had to wait bit that was expected on a Friday night... it was cousin's night... and we all ate and drank until it was time to bowl... good times

  They're very racist they will watch only the colored people and not the other people. They even separate the people. I went yesterday and will never go back. My people paid for a birthday event for kids. They told the parents we couldn't eat or drink the food made us buy extra food. One of the adult had a adult beverage and let another elder adult taste it the white man (owner) tired to snatched the drink and told the elder she couldn't do that. Asked for her id and put a 21 year old bracelet on her arm just because she took a sip. In the middle of the game where kids was only playing came and erased their names of the screen because it was more than 10 kids names on the screen. He walked around watching us all night and pretended he was cleaning the table. We was only group on that side. The other side was crowded instead of watching our group full of colored people he should have been watching the other side where the non colored people where and they were loud on that side. He did so much that I dont even feel like typing. But this was the worst experience every and I will make sure no colored every step foot in this building. I wish the old owners was there and the name never changed 😕 😔

  I couldn't really get into the fun of this game with my group, because half of the lanes were not working and the ones that were working the people that had tournaments got those and we got three of the four lanes we used had issues the entire time we were there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service of the employee was not that good, it was as if we were getting on their nerves how dare they. One man tried his best to help us one of the managers I forgot his name African American young man. I will totally suggest another bowling place.
