  Overpriced. Bowling was $25 a person and the food was overpriced. We ordered a large fry basket and we got one tiny thing of ketchup. I went to ask for more and they were charging for ketchup! Go somewhere else.

  Celebrated my sisters birthday yesterday at the Bartlett location. $67 to bowl, $54 on nasty food, and $25 for drinks and to top it of the older white lady was extremely rude!!! .....WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH did I get a notification that my debit card was charged an extra $10 by the bar this morning? That's an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE/ THEFT!!!! Tried calling and keep getting the voicemail! I need my money back TODAY, NOT NEXT WEEK

  Booked 3 lanes for a large group and first only one lane worked, waited 30 mins for that lane to be fixed, then another lane went down and stayed down the rest of the night, after several of us constantly going to tell them that the lane wasn't working we gave up and ended with only 2 lanes to use, no money back at all for the lane we DIDN'T get use, I wont be coming back or wasting money here

  Unfortunately it was as expected for location. Issues with the lane not cycling the pins properly took 10+ minutes for the "mechanic" to address. The kids had a card to play video games so they just gave up on bowling. Which, by the way, the best deal for multiple kids is to get the same amount of money on one card for them to share instead of each having a card. Might sound like "privileged" issues but with all the technology available I feel like this could be better.

  So I'm very upset about this first off when I made it there for my party nothing was ready so we sit in a booth until it was ready 40 minutes later they said they was giving us a lane and shoes for the inconvenience which was great I thought until I looked at my account they charged my card for the lane and shoes and I don't know for what else my son left his phone and when we went back to get it the GM James gave me a 2 hour game free for up to 5 people because my party wasn't ready and when I called back he said that my card wasn't suppose to get charged that amount but it did so he told me that if I didn't see the credit to give him a call back it shouldn't take a week for them to gave a credit back and I have been calling everyday and no answer so I guess I will have to go up there I stay in Oakland and I was hoping I didn't have to go back out there I spent over 500$ in that place and my party was March 7 @5:30 and I wish that I had another way to get in touch with someone bigger than Mr.James
