They didn't even come to my general direction or even ask if I needed help, which i did. All I know is they lost my respect in that department and will forsure give the other competition a try and hope for better results. Hopefully they step up and start doing that thing they were hired for, which is their job lol.

That would make a brand new club used. And they had no problem doing that. That is amazing service. It wasn't even a argument. Will 100 percent continue to go to them for everything.

I felt rushed the whole time and I did not feel like I got a true fitting experience as I was just given clubs to try and the worker would go do something else. One thing that bothered me was that when I told the worker my budget ($4500) he replied in a snappy and dismissive tone with “oh so you’re here for like clearance clubs” and that was at the beginning so it kind of just made me feel crappy and like I didn’t belong there. I ended up purchasing clubs which I now regret because lots of my friends say it should not have been like that at all. I was not given different options ( different shaft specs, club head angles, grip sizes) the whole ordeal was unpleasant, I did not feel comfortable at all. I think he assumed I was not a golfer, because I was dressed comfy instead of my golf attire and I’m also indigenous. It’s a shame because this is one of the only places with a large selection of golf equipment in Saskatoon other than the course I work at in whitecap.
