I want to update my review on Bike Doctor. After posting my concerns, I was contacted numerous times by both the manager and the owner. They apologized sincerely for the way I was treated and assured me that this is not the kind of service they want their customers to experience. They even held a meeting to address my concerns and make things right.
What stood out to me most was the sincerity of their apology, it felt genuine, meaningful, and showed that they took my feedback seriously. I truly believe they mean well, and I appreciate the effort they made to reach out and make things right.
