Terrible place
I was there trying to upgrade a shaft and one of the workers couldn’t care less and then I went and found a driver identical to mine with the shaft I had hoped for and the other ones that were still in the packaging and were brand new were marked on sale for 499$ and this one didn’t have a sticker but was not brand new and you could tell it has been hit before and he wouldn’t give the same deal because it was apparently brand new all of a sudden the only difference was a regular shaft to a stiff shaft and I asked if I could buy but he said it would be the full price even though it wasn’t even new

I was in the store last week looking for some new irons. Jeff was there to help me answer all the questions that I had. No sales pressure. Just the answers I was looking for. He really knows his stuff.
I'll be back in the New Year to get fit for the new Taylormade driver. Jeff is my go to guy at GT Regina.

Great store, people are friendly enough and decent selection...but, I DO NOT recommend getting professional services like club smithing done there. I've had at least 4 clubs shafted there and half were messed up. Whoever worked on it didn't follow instructions in the work order, epoxyed my shaft in the wrong side up, then when I asked them to fix it they never called me to pick it up. When I went in to ask if it was ready it was, I got home and saw that the club smith got epoxy on the FACE of my NEW CLUB! Beyond disappopinted as the shaft was a Graphite Design AD Tour. I'll be smithing my own clubs from now on.

Had a horrible experience with the club repair shop at Golf Town in Regina. I brought my sons driver in which needed to have a new shaft put in. My son golfs almost everyday now that school is out for the summer. I was told it would ready in 2 days. I called two days later, I was told it would be another 2 days. I called three days later and was told it would be another 5 days. Then, when I went to pick up the club and take somewhere else to be fixed, the person in front of me was told their repair would be done in three days. Absolutely awful customer service. Get your act together.
