Their customer service is top-notch — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting you back out riding as quickly as possible. I brought my bike in for repair, and they took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly, explain what needed to be done, and had it tuned up perfectly. It rides better now than when it was new. The whole team is professional and easy to work with, and it’s clear they care about both the bikes and the riders in our community. Highly recommend them for repairs, maintenance, and gear — they’re the best in the Black Hills!
