One of the staff assistants went above and beyond to make the visit easy and enjoyable. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Their recommendations were thoughtful and practical, and they never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s always refreshing to come across someone who clearly takes pride in helping customers and creating a positive atmosphere in the store. Excellent customer service like that makes a real difference. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.

The pants i bought (on sale) for a gift were the wrong size, but they didn't have correct size to exchange. I found a similar pair, fully expecting to pay the full price for them. While Dave couldn't give me the sale price of the original gift, he did give me a discount, all without even asking for one. Nice New Year surprise. Thanks, Dave! This is one of the reasons I've been an REI member for 29 years. The employees are the best! :)
