  All 3 course’s are a lot of fun and challenging, but the GREENS are Very, Very SLOW - For the price you pay for a 3 day weekend - you should have top tier maintenance Greens. You need to putt strong, which is unacceptable - Again, the price needs to be lower than $2,500 for a weekend. Superintendent should atleast put out a message and whole staff should mention that there Greens are not what they would be and not give you something free but discount a hot dog atleast. Overall, it was a great weekend and hope when I come back for more improvement

  We stayed for two weeks on the property and had a wonderful time. close access to the beach even though they were having unseasonably cool and rainy weather. We found plenty to do, even explored nearby Savannah Ga.. Great golf courses and plenty of dining opportunities.

  The vacation rental itself was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the unit and the setting; beautiful, clean, and just as pictured. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, which were quickly rectified after calling the front desk. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the overall customer service for other general enquiries. At one point, the elevator was down for two days. Finally, I called and reported it and they said no one else had called and it wasn't their responsibility. It was the property manager's. There was window replacement going on, and I think the workers locked off the elevator and didn't tell anyone. Not a good situation when you're on the 5th floor. Then, the pool, hot tub and BBQ area were roped off for 3 days for maintenance with no communication and warning that it was happening...during spring break week! Again, two calls to the front desk to inquire and again, they said it wasn't their responsibility, it's the property manager's. I asked twice if they could find out the status and no one returned my phone calls. Communication was a definite issue. We are writing this review to give future renters the heads up that we were not happy with the experience provided by the vacation rental company. We spent a lot of money to enjoy our time there, but weren't able to enjoy the pool, hot tub and BBQ area for 3 days of our vacation and we got the feeling the property management company didn't really care.

  If you’re looking to get the full golf experience in the Hilton Head area, Palmetto Dunes has you covered with fantastic Fazio, Trent Jones and Arthur Hills golf courses.All 3 golf courses have spectacular layout, pristine conditions, and all the amenities of a premium golf resort. The staff at all 3 courses were A+ and I cannot say enough about how they treated us from pulling into parking lot, checking in at the clubhouse and pace of play. I especially want to thank Cindy at the booking office four our villas and all her help.
