I bought several clothing items for my wife last year and the year before, but most of the sizes/styles bombed except for one or two items. With a genuine smile on her face, Maddie helped me scrub my last two to three year purchase history and, through process of elimination of purchases and returns, she helped me determine which style and size was kept so I could make the purchases with confidence of a solid fit. Thank you to her as this was as much appreciated as it was a customer service win.

Anytime we have any questions he is always there to help us and also tells us a little personal story to go along with it! He makes our whole day with his positive attitude and it just rubs off on us!!! You can really tell he loves his jobs which is so refreshing! REI has some of the best employees. Everyone is so kind and willing to help you with any questions and advice! Love this store!!

If you have them for a few months and can return up to a year of course the shoes will be worn, so I got turned away at the store for that. Sent them in online and got a full refund. So thanks for the waste of time and horrible customer service. If your shoes look worn do an online return.
