Laurel or Ashby took so much time explaining every little detail of the bikes before sending us on our way. We really appreciated the care she showed us. She also walked us through a map showing us fun places to stop and even provided us with a hand drawn and illustrated map she’d made for the section around unity park (I think). And she gave us some good recommendations for lunch along the trail. We were both very impressed with the fact that she did not start our three hour “clock” until we were comfortable on the bikes and felt ready to begin our adventure. We can’t wait to go back!!

We learned all about the bikes and how to control them. Helmets fit perfectly. I felt they really cared about our safety and comfort level with the bikes. The also addressed our concerns to our satisfaction. Our time on the bikes was wonderful. It was a crowed day, so we had a few run-ins with rude bikers and a few falls. Even got lost on the return ride. Pedego was empathetic to our experiences and extended grace to us when we showed up an hour late due to our crazy ride experience. Thank you Pedego for providing a wonder memory for our party. PS The trail in Greenville is amazing. We will rent from Pedego on our next trip.
