From the office to the course, every person with whom we had the pleasure of interacting was kind, accommodating, patient, fun, friendly, engaging and encouraging. We had the best time and my children have requested this become a regular “tradition” for us.

I was highly disappointed, thinking we were doing a 3 zipline course not 3 separate zips through the only tiny line they had. Our group had just finished our 2nd zip and it was already 3:30pm, wondering what was the hold up we politely asked the worker and was rudely told that she had to get things set up for the next group and there was a rescue going on. I wouldn't recommend this experience for anyone thinking this is going to be a great experience, because it was a true letdown. Workers seem irritated and not friendly. Not the experience I expected.
