Being beginners, we were so appreciative of his sincere efforts to solve our issue, then he quickly looked over our bike, adjusted the derailleur, gave us tips on how to remove the front tire to get it back into our car (no bike rack yet). He noticed a large gash in the side of the other tire (which we hadn't noticed before) which could have ended a nice ride and quickly replaced that tire for us as well. Thanks, Chuck, for the personable and excellent service!
