  We went to this bowling alley last night. I used to go all the time and always tip big. Now it seems everytime I go prices are going up and they aren transparent or knowledgeable about what the prices are. 3 games (special) for 6 of us while 3 of us had our own balls and shoes $200 (it used to be unlimited $18 after 7/8pm). The drinks are in smaller glasses but the same price as the larger ones used to be. The platters are double the price $70-$75 (this is in addition to the $200 to bowl. I’m always being told unlimited starts at one time (last night I was told 11pm when it’s actually 10) when it actually starts earlier. ALWAYS check the website before you go because it can and will cost you. I brought it to their attention and was just told what im normally am… the prices change so much it’s hard to keep up with. They used to care about the customers now, not so much. Get all the details before you pay no matter how long it takes to understand because there were other customers complaining and walking around saying something about its $11 pp on top of the bowling and they paid over $100 for two ppl. I think one couple had a 5 game special and said they come in about twice a week. They were heated as they were saying it was never that expensive before. I’m still not sure who was standing at the register eating when I walked up to tell her my lane wasn’t resetting and instead of her greeting me she felt it appropriate to look straight ahead before cutting her head at me to only say… I’m not on the clock…. I asked her how was I supposed to know that with her hand on the register. I used to recommend this bowling alley to Everyone. I can’t honestly do that now. I have purchased spring passes before that I never used, Groupons that always seemed to be a task to use there. It’s just not customer friendly. The prices need to be clear and transparent on their website because I’m not trusting anything anymore. Needless to say, my family and I will NEVER return. We are bowling heads though so we will go somewhere else. It seems they’ve sacrificed caring about the customers for the smaller upgrades meant to explain the up-charge. I loved the servers except that one at the register. We used to stay all night and have a ball. Now I’m noticing the revolving ppl coming and going because it’s too expensive to truly enjoy and get in the groove and YES I always ask them… why they’re leaving so early lol and that’s the response. Anyway have a good day and we wish the staff the best as they aren’t responsible for the pricing. I guess I’ll be using free kids bowling and take our kids bowling at a different establishment today. Btw the upside is the lanes were well oiled as they will be when there’s not as much traffic. 😇

  This place used to be the go-to hotspot, now its way too expensive to even enjoy yourself! They have all of these signs saying UNLIMITED BOWLING AFTER 7PM for $20pp, but when you go up to the counter, there are so many stipulations on how you can even get the deal! Paid $141 for 4 people just to play 2 games on a Saturday night AFTER 7pm! Hate to say that I won't be coming back...
