Bottle of water is $5. For a family of 5 was $177 dollars for 3 games and shoes. A small 12 inch pizza was $15. Will be the last time we ever come

Was super excited to come in and enjoy quality time bowling as a couple. Went to bar (not busy as all) and ordered 3 lemonades and a cup of water. Bartender charged $4.49 for a still water bottle. I asked if they don’t have regular cups of water and he advised they don’t. Asked manager on duty and she stated when they run out of water cups they charge for the water — okay cool. They charge 2hrs for $40 bowling. It was my turn to bowl however — the bartender advised I would have to wait for my 3 lemonades at the bar stating they do not take drinks/food to the lanes. Consulted again with manager and she stated they are down a server. Okay cool. I carried 3 lemonades tucking one in my arms. Half way to the lane, an employee came up to me and asked me if I needed help. Well no, I’m already at my lane. Advised her what was told to me at the bar and she stated she that she would bring us anything else we may need. Not even 10 minutes later, a woman came to the bar (I went back up there to turn in my signed receipt) She ordered. My husband I look up and see the bartender proceeding to bring out her 2 pitches of drinks and stack of cups for her family. Service should be consistent to each party. Period. We decided against playing our last hour or even playing in the arcade. Simply did not feel welcome via the bar, as if he had other things to do with an EMPTY bar. The women at the front desk were kind.

Came with my family during Christmas break. It was our first time here. Service was amazing!! Diana and Kristy were very helpful and friendly. Drinks are VERY overpriced! $5.99 for a soda and $27.99 for a pitcher of domestic beer. Overall great experience. Will return for bowling but not for food and beverages.

While visiting Lucky Strikes, I can say the atmosphere is definitely fun! It’s a great place to go out with friends, family, or coworkers. However, the service at the bar needs improvement. The bartenders did not acknowledge me at all—they simply looked in my direction and continued serving others. I stood at the bar for about five minutes without anyone speaking to me, even though other guests were being helped. I walked away, understanding that Saturdays can be busy. When I returned, I waited another five minutes, and they took the order of someone who had just walked up, still without acknowledging me. This was very rude and reflects poor service. I hope management can address this because the environment itself has great potential.
