- PUPhilip UlrichOct 4, 20215.0Nick was amazing and so are our new bikes! We showed up at 4pm thinking they closed at 5pm (they actually closed at 4pm). Nick stayed after, let us test drive bikes, and even sold (and built) us two bikes. By the time we were leaving it was 6pm and I definitely felt sorry for holding him so long… but I’ve never felt more appreciated and respected as a customer anywhere else. It’s in the middle of a huge private neighborhood, but the store had a good selection and the staff is awesome. Would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again. I brought my bicycle down to HHI for vacation and had trouble with my battery (still under warranty). Ross was very concerned I would miss out on the great Pedego experience while on vacation and arranged with my dealer back home to get me a Pedego rental to use while on vacation with no money out of my pocket. Great customer service Ross is top notch
