So pleased with the service, quick turnaround and kind/professional staff. My kiddo’s bike needed a few repairs (new chain, brake repair & a tire fix) - all done so fast and at a reasonable price. Already telling my friends & family to send their bikes to Trek for service, it was a great experience and soooo easy, just brought it right in & it was ready the next day!

A little about me for context- I'm a mild bicycle hobbyist on a budget. I might take 4-10 longer rides in a year. In my life I have mostly gotten my bikes from secondhand sources and have done what I could with basic mechanical skill to maintain and repair them as I could. I haven't known much about the trade besides my experiences however.
Earlier this year my older foreign-make broke in a couple places during a ride. It seemed a bit beyond my skillset at the time. I had been putting off taking it in for a repair for monetary reasons and finally found some time to go around and get some quotes to repair it this week.
First and only stop was Trek in Warwick. They got me taken care of; the person I worked with was incredibly helpful and honest with their assessment. They gave me the knowledge and 'tools' to make the repair myself for cost. I had my bike riding again later that day.
I'll be taking my future bike work to this shop for sure.
